Return & Refund Policy

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

  • We accept refund requests for eligible products within 3 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact the refund is not applicable if the tags are removed.

  • Products priced below Rs. 200 will not be eligible for refund/exchange

  • Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

  • Please note that for hygiene reasons, all returned items must be unused and unwashed.



REFUND PROCESS

Initiating a Refund Request: To request a refund, please share the below details at returns@priviu.in

1. Reason of Return
2. Order ID or phone number used for placing the order.
3. Photos of the product as received.
4. Bank details or UPI ID for the refund.
5. Complete pickup address with pin code.

Approval: Once customer request is received, we will review it and notify customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable. A deduction of Rs. 199 (including GST) will be applied towards return shipping and bank transaction charges.


Refund Processing: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify customer of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 business days.

For Cash on Delivery order credit voucher redeemable on website www.priviu.in will be issued with a validity of 1 year.


THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS:

• Package refused by recipient
• Products that have been returned in a used or damaged condition
• Products returned due to size issues 
• Incorrect delivery address.
• If the Jewellery is not faulty or damaged in any way.
• Minor variations in color & design of the Jewellery
• After more than 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.
• Products that have been returned where the barcode attached is either missing or damaged.
